Toothwort Spring Walk .

A Spring walk through Carthamartha down to the Tamar to look for Purple Toothwort* (Lathraea clandestina) and other spring flowers.
We may see evidence of deer and otter and there are also Peregrine in the vicinity.
* References 1, Wikipedia on Toothworts in general - parasites on the roots of other plants, completely lacking chlorophyll
